As hard as I thought dieting would be following the Always Eat After 7 PM wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. I didn't have to make major changes in what I wanted to eat but the times that I could eat at. I’ve heard from people who are shattered because conventional diets have utterly failed to bring them any lasting weight loss. But this plan was not the case at all! I also plan to use the rest of the recipients in the book because this diet doesn't allow me to be limited but gave me vary of choices instead. Overall, this diet fits my lifestyle more than any other diet I would choose out there because I can eat what I want but have to use my intermittent fasting to stay healthy.
