The stay at Upper Regalia?
Waking up to a city skyline view was a deal-breaker for us. This one one of the main reasons why we chose to stay at The Upper View Regalia. Not only did we wake up to it but we could swim up to the view on the end of the infinity pool on level 37. The second reason was because of how conveniently the hotel was located. There is an on-sight market available, a mall next door, and is located near some of Kuala Lumpur best attractions.
Our overall stay was welcoming and suitable for kids. Our daughter enjoyed the garden pool and kiddie pool on level 5 where she was able to stand in the pool. The kid zone was also a plus because we didn’t have to leave the hotel for our daughter to play on a playground. For us parents, we enjoyed ourselves by early workouts in the fitness center. There's also a library on-site where I was able to enjoy free time without the kids and get some work done in peace and quiet.
Checking in for our stay was smooth and welcoming. Security around the hotel is available 24/7 which made us feel safe and satisfying. Walking through the garden downstairs felt relaxed and was filled with a bright green flower bed and koi fish swimming around that entertain our daughters wondering eyes.
Our Deluxe Room with a king-size bed was most comfortable, super clean, and covered all needs. The floors were covered in carpet which was great for our son to crawl around and a refrigerator in the room for his milk/food storage.
The Upper View Regalia is a perfect stay for business and pleasure! I recommend staying here for the stunning views, peace of mind, and the convenient location.
Location?
Staying at the Upper View Regalia gives you the accessibility to go anywhere of your choosing and not having to travel far. The hotel is about a 5-7 minute drive to the center city. A metro is within walking distance if you do decide to tour the beautiful city. A mini-market is located on-site of the premises at your convenience, therefore you won’t have to travel far for something you may need. There is also a pedestrian walkway from the hotel to Sunway mall for more options of food and shopping.
How to get to and from your hotel?
Airport Taxi- Airport Taxis operate on a fixed fare system for about RM74.30 (17USD). After 12 am the rate does go up.
Grab-Is a ride-hailing app that allows you to grab a taxi cashless or with cash. Grab is one of the cheapest ways to get around the city and can cost you only about RM50(11USD) to Upper View Regalia.
KLIA Express or Transit metro- trains run from the airport, both taking you to the KL Sentral station in the city.

Things you should know?
The infinity pool at level 37 is strictly for young adults over the age of 12 for swimming. Anyone under the age of 12 must use the garden pool to swim for precautionary reasons.
